    Public information meeting #1 (Beale)

    Hosted by Beale Infrastructure. Information on the proposal with Q&A at the end. In person at Wheatridge Middle School.

  3. May 15, 2026 · 6:00 p.m. · Virtual

    Public information meeting #2 (Beale)

    Hosted by Beale Infrastructure. Second information session, held virtually. Details have not been provided yet. Q&A at the end.

  4. May 26, 2026 · 7:00 p.m. · Gardner City Hall

    Gardner Planning Commission Hearing

    The Planning Commission reviews the rezoning application and makes a formal recommendation to the City Council. Public comment is invited and becomes part of the official record.

    This is the meeting where in-person testimony has the most direct impact.

  5. June 15, 2026 · 7:00 p.m.

    Gardner City Council Vote

    City Council votes on the rezoning application. Public comment is taken before the vote. This is the final decision-making meeting.
